Objectives and activities

To provide independent and objective information in respect of the content and quality of milk
To test milk samples on content and quality 
The Foundation works at cost and has no profit objective.

To determine:

•    Germ count

•    Somatic cell count

•    %fat

•    %protein

•    Inhibitors

Organisation (Board, management, staff)

The start up capital for the Foundation is provided by Dutch grants, financing the investments in the laboratory and the technical assistance to it.

The Foundation is founded by the processors organization and by the private breeders organization and governed by an Administrative Board in which processors,  farmers and breeders are represented.

 

The Board consists of:

Mr Ovidiu Onisor   – Secretary
Mr Florea Popescu – Member
Mr Vasile Garboan – Member.
 

The laboratory is managed and staffed by the following team :
